With a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!) and a career that spans education, leadership, cannabis consulting, and real estate operations, Rick has cultivated a dynamic blend of interpersonal expertise, operational strategy, and deep client care.

Rick’s real estate career has focused on helping clients across residential, rental, commercial, and investment properties throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore. Whether supporting a first-time homebuyer, guiding a seasoned investor, or consulting on multi-unit rental portfolios, Rick’s approach is rooted in strategic problem-solving, genuine relationship-building, and personalized service. Prior to real estate, Rick served as Dean of Students in the Boston Public Schools, where he developed strong skills in leadership, crisis response, and behavior planning—tools he now uses to anticipate and navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. He later built and led teams in the cannabis sector and founded a consulting business.

Fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to Greater Boston’s diverse communities, Rick proudly serves clients from Metro Boston to the North Shore.
