The Seaport is the newest neighborhood in Boston — twenty years ago it was parking lots, and today it's a skyline. Glass condo towers with concierges, gyms, and water views line Seaport Boulevard, the Institute of Contemporary Art anchors the waterfront, and the Harborwalk ties together a restaurant scene that draws the whole city on a summer evening. Next door, Fort Point adds the neighborhood's soul: brick-and-beam lofts in converted wool warehouses along the channel, home to one of Boston's oldest artist communities.

Transit means the Silver Line, which runs under the neighborhood to South Station and out to Logan — an airport ride with no traffic in it. Buyers here are shopping full-amenity condo buildings almost exclusively, from efficient one-bedrooms to penthouses, and resale demand tracks the neighborhood's job base in tech, finance, and life sciences.
