Real estate is often about the community you build around you, and this recent sale at 15 Park Ave in Middleton, MA is a perfect example of that.
I met Emily, a personal lines insurance agent with Zelic Insurance in Salem, through our BNI networking chapter. She and her husband were looking for their first home, and they had a clear vision of staying close to family in Danvers. Thanks to the trust we’d built in BNI, we found them the perfect property and managed to get them in the door and their offer accepted before anyone else even had a chance.

What made this deal even more special was how our BNI network came together. Our BNI real estate attorney, Lisa Weissman, ensured everything was buttoned up legally. Kurt Fleming from Hawkeye Home Inspection, also a chapter member, did a thorough inspection, and Ali Williams from Blossom as Landscaping came in afterward to help with the yard.
